Agent Onboarding

Please read all directions carefully to avoid any delays in your onboarding. If you have any questions, please initiate a chat below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Step 3: Complete Training Modules

  1. In a few days, you’ll receive various emails from our Telecom Training Partner to let you know that you’ve been assigned to new LMS courses
  2. Once you first login, you may or may not have to set up a Password for the LMS or it will be given to you in a separate message
  3. Complete each LMS Module Training walk-through for enrolling and using the portal to enroll subscribers. Please take notes
  4. There will be training quizlets at the end of each module that require an 80% score or above to continue

Step 4: Complete Background Check

  1. If requested, you will receive an email and/or text message at your contact phone to submit for a Background Check
  2. Please submit and complete this request upon receiving it. Failure to complete this in a timely manner will delay the process.

Step 5: Await Telecom Portal Credentials

  1. Within a few days, after completing Steps 1-4, you will be assigned your login credentials for accessing the ACP Enrollment Portal. It will consist of your username and password. Please forward that email ASAP to admin@connect2com.com to be eligible for Field Training.
